Stage 1 Dental Package Tarter & Mild gingivitis

Stage 2 Dental Package Moderate Gingivitis

Stage 3 Dental Package Severe Gingivitis

Stage 4 Dental Package Sever Periodontal Disease

  • Extensive Dental Scaling,Polishing & Complex Extractions/Oral Surgery
  • 5 teeth extractions to full mouth extraction
  • Dental Recheck Examination (if needed)

Pets older than eight (8) years that have not had blood work done within the last 30 days prior to surgery will be charged an additional fee for pre-operative blood work the day of surgery. If purchasing Dental Package stages 3 or 4 we will require pre-operative blood work.

Packages do not include antibiotics dispensed for administration at home.

Dental stage assessment valid for 60 days provided no traumatic injury occurred during that time.
